Sandorf Publishing House from Croatia intends to publish „The Book of Whispers”
Am primit acest e-mail din Croatia:
Sandorf Publishing wants to Publish your book ‘Cartea soaptelor’ in Croatian language. The opportunity to publish this great book (I was told about it by the two translators from Romanian to Croatian Ana Brnardic Oproiu and Adrian Oproiu) is to apply at the EU Translation Programme (deadline February 3rd) with a project of translation to Croatian.Would it be in any way possible that we sign a publishing agreement that would have a clause which would allow us to withdraw from the project if we don’t receive the EU translation grant? If that is possible, please let me know, and we would send you our offer.

We have to ask for this possibility because otherwise we simply don’t have means to finance the whole project on our own.
In the course of last four years we have received the EU Translation Grant three times and we believe we stand a fair chance this time, too, because of the quality of the various European writers we plan to translate.
Many thanks for your soon reply in advance.
Best regards,
Ivan Srsen
