The Site FlickR: The House of General Drastamat Kanayan, also know as General Dro, in Bucharest, Romania, as it is described in „The Book of Whispers”

According to „“The Book of Whispers” by Varujan Vosganian, this is the house (foto) where General Dro , one of Armenia’s heros, lived during his stay in Romania, in the interwar period. It is on Popa Soare street, not far from the Armenian Cathedral.
General Dro fought for his country against both The Ottoman Empire and The Soviet Union.
He is a hero in his country and he has a mausoleum.
